IMHO, this exposes the problem with polls.
That first question could be phrased any number of ways that would have shifted those numbers about 10%.
The second question is much better but falls into the category of allowing the person questioned to reflexively answer what they are supposed to or expected to.....by the questioner, their community, or others present at the door or in the room.
But its still kinda scary!

Right - I think that is what the author of the article (not the pollsters) is trying to point out too. They frame it horribly, but the answers are even more horrific!
